Zoe completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of British Columbia. During her studies, she completed the co-operative education program at Jointworks. Zoe grew up dancing competitively and is now a teacher who thoroughly enjoys sharing her passion for dance with young children. She is also certified in the Functional Movement Screen, a technique used to identify movement deficiencies and asymmetries. Zoe is very passionate about the role of exercise in injury prevention and recovery. She is currently a member in good standing with the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).

Maria completed her Bachelors in Kinesiology at University of British Columbia and her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in Australia. Maria enjoys using an evidence based approach to treat all conditions with a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, dry needling, visceral manipulation, and intramuscular stimulation (IMS) for pain relief and symptom management along with a personalized home exercise program to start as early as possible. She is pursuing her visceral manipulation certification through the Barral Institute and has complete VM I-III.

Maria enjoys treating a variety of patients that range from the athletic population to patients with everyday niggles! She’s worked in the private sector in Melbourne and Vancouver and also has experience in aged care. Dr. Tejinder K. Ghag is a licensed Naturopathic Physician who is passionate about hearing your unique health story and providing guidance. Dr. Ghag graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor in Health Sciences and later went on to attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario where she received her Doctorate of Naturopathy.

Cristy is a Registered Massage Therapist with CMTBC, she graduated from The Alberta College of Massage Therapy (2019) and The Utah College of Massage Therapy (2004). She has completed over 2200 hours of training & all regulated exams required to be a massage therapist in BC. Edmond has passion for sports and fitness, growing up playing a variety of sports such as basketball, volleyball and rugby. Dr. Stephen Mogatas graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as Students’ Council President and received numerous awards in recognition for his contributions to the college and the profession. Dr. Mogatas was the official chiropractor for Team Canada Ultimate and attended seven world championships, including the 2013 and 2017 World Games.
